reading list

One of my favorite things about vacation is having some time to sit down with a good book. I try not to be a compulsive book buyer, but that is not always the case, especially when I venture into a Half-Priced Books. But after perusing my book shelf at home, I have quite a stack that has accumulated over the course of the year.

In an effort to leave no book neglected, I give you my 2011 reading list, in no particular order. I’m currently wrapping up The Lacuna by Barbara Kingsolver, one of my favorite authors. More on that one to come later.

Here’s to reading and hopefully making it through the stack.

What are some of your favorite reads?

  1. So I just got back from a trip to Half Price, but didn’t come back with a mountain of books like you! I’m reading The Geography of Bliss (written by an NPR journalist, it’s interesting) and a Ted Dekker book Skin
